What counts as a family?
A family is anyone you invite — partners, co-parents, caregivers. Up to 8 members per family. One subscription covers everyone.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from Plan & Billing in the app. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Do you edit my calendar?
No. Calendar access is read-only. The assistant reads events to generate summaries but never adds, edits, or deletes anything on your calendar. When it sends calendar invites, those arrive as standard invitations you accept or decline.
Do I need SMS?
Yes. SMS is required. Standard message and data rates may apply.
What countries are supported?
The United States and Canada, specifically phone numbers with a +1 country code. We are working on expanding to other countries.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. For the first 30 days after creating a family, you can receive 20 agent responses for free. After that, or once you've used 20 responses, subscribe for unlimited agent responses.
